CLAIMS' ASSISTANCE
Auscomar supplies accurate and complete assistance to the Clients in case of casualty as from notice of the event till settlement of claim from the Insurers according to Policy’s terms. Consequently Auscomar takes care to agree with Insurers the name of the Surveyor to ascertain the extent and valuation of the damages, gives assistance to collect all necessary documents, suggests arguments to oppose to possible third claimants, so to follow the practice developments till the settlement; when the settling document has been issued and then signed by the Assured Auscomar proceeds to collect payment from Insurers and then pay to the Beneficiary.
